A very practical policy. Council does the street trees. Residents can plant low-growing gardens.

Native plants preferred, no rocks or other trip hazards, leave access for pedestrians etc.

Good recommendations around not harming the street trees.

Although they don’t forbid food growing, they recommend against it.
