All responses to the checklist questions must be yes for your proposal to comply.

Once you have submitted the completed checklist, with accompanying sketch of your proposed verge garden to Council, you may commence construction.

Requires evidence of consultation with neighbours.

It's not clear what "Certificate of Currency (Public Liability Insurance) has been considered for my garden" actually means.
