How to avoid getting into a dispute

The dispute about Urban Food Streets at Buderim blew up when I was first planting my verge. There have been several major public disputes since.

Here is a quick guide on how to avoid a dispute.

1. Find your council policy and follow it without question
2. Don’t grow food
3. Don’t grow spiky, poisonous or weedy plants
4. Don’t use it to start a business (even if you don’t make any money)
5. Do the initial transformation slowly and let people get used to it
